Diasoft, Fors enter Tender-ABS99 finals

Consulting company Splan has announced that it has completed a tender to choose a banking system supplier for one of customers. Two Moscow-based companies won the tender - Diasoft with New Athena and Fors with Va-Bank. Now the customer, whose name was not disclosed, is to choose between the two winners.
