Ministry of Railways and oil compaines to create electronic exchange

The Ministry of Railways, Sibneft, Transneft, Transnefteproduct, and Transtelecom have announced that they are planning to create an oil and oil products electronic exchange – Energy Trade System. In the nearest two or three weeks the partners will open a Web site, containing all information about the system. The project is valued at about $100 million.
