IT, SPC to build payment system in Saratov region

IT and Saratov Processing Company (SPC) have announced that they have started a project to build a regional payment system based on the SmartCity technology in the Saratov region. IT has already started the implementation of banking applications and the automation of payment procedures at gas stations in Saratov. According to Denis Arkhangelsky, director of IT electronic payments department, in the nearest future his company will probably start similar projects in the Krasnodar and Tyumen regions.
